You will working on a 70m New build flat development with retail and office space.
DUTIES
* Sending out Sub-Contract Agreements * Holding/Attending Sub-Contract Meeting * Managing Qunatity Surveying site team * Reporting to Directors * Writing monthly reports for client * Final Accounts
APPLICANTS REQUIREMENTS
* Experience working on similar size projects * Proven management of large Sub-Contract Accounts * Good communication skills * MRICS an advantage but not essential * Degree Qualified.
