DUTIES
* Sending out Sub-Contract Agreements * Holding/Attending Sub-Contract Meeting * Managing Sub-Contract accounts * Valuations * Variations * Final Accounts
APPLICANTS REQUIREMENTS
* Experience working on similar size projects * Proven management of large Sub-Contract Accounts * Good communication skills * MRICS an advantage but not essential * Degree Qualified.
