You will be working on a 80m newbuild commercial development
DUTIES:
*Managing Health and Safety *Coordinating design *Responsible for ensuring the programme is met and improving where possible *Holding & attending client/sub contract meetings *Managing package contractors *Ensuring works are compliant to Specifications and Contractors Proposals. *Ensuring Client Instructions were raised *Quality control *Managing logistics/interfaces *Managed procurement process for packages to ensure correct scope of works and programme *Approving method statements/risk assessments
APPLICANTS REQUIREMENTS:
*Must have worked on New build Projects as either a project/package Manager *Will have worked for a main contactor on similar value project *Will have a desire to succeed *Will have excellent computer literacy skills *All Applicants must be eligible to work within the uk
