PERMANENT
- A thorough vacancy is taken from the client either over the telephone or in person to include company history, head office/site structure, type of work, turnover of company, duties of the role, package, reason for vacancy and career opportunities.
- Kenna Associates will only submit your c.v. when we have your permission to do so.
- Once you have agreed you like what the client has to offer, your c.v. will then be sent to the client along with details of your current situation and career aspirations.
- Should you be successful a interview will be arranged for you.
- Once the interview has taken place we will manage all further negotiations of salary and start date.
FREELANCE
- A thorough vacancy will be taken from the client over the telephone or in person to include position, duties, site/head office structure, duration of contract, salary expectations, reason for vacancy & start date.
- Kenna Associates will only submit your c.v. when we have your permission to do so.
- Once we have your permission to submit your c.v. to the client, we will explain your current situation & salary expectations.
- Upon starting with the client we will keep in regular contact with both parties to ensure the contract is running smoothly.
- Once you have started with the client we will keep in regular contact with you and the client to ensure all parties are happy
