Permanent

• A thorough vacancy is taken from the client either over the telephone or in person to include company history, head office/site structure, project details, turnover of company, duties of the role, package, reason for vacancy and career opportunities.

• It is Kenna Associates priority to only submit your c.v. once we have your permission to do so.

• Once we have you have agreed you like what he client has to offer, your c.v. will then be sent to the client, we will explain your career aspirations and current situation to the client.

• Should you be successful a interview will be arranged for you.

• Once the interview has taken place we will manage all further negotiations of salary and start date. 

Freelance

• A thorough vacancy will be taken from the client over the telephone or in person to include position, duties, site/head office structure, duration of contract, project details, salary expectations, reason for vacancy & start date.

• It is Kenna Associates priority to not submit your c.v. until we have your permission to do so.

• Once we have your permission to submit your c.v. to the client, we will explain your current situation & salary expectations

• Should you be successful you will either start with the client or an interview will be arranged for you.

• Once you have started with the client we will keep in regular contact with you and the client to ensure all parties are happy.
