PERMANENT
- A thorough job specification will be taken to include position, person background, what package and benefits are offered.
- We search our database, speak to candidates, gain referrals, place website ads and then shortlist candidates.
- Once we have short listed candidates with the correct background a thorough interview will take place to include, work history, current work/personal situation & career aspirations
- We will then fully brief the candidate about the position you are looking to fill, prepare the c.v. in Kenna Associates format, take references and submit the candidate to you.
- After Interview we take and deliver feedback to both parties and mediate salary, notice period and start date.
- Upon start we think it important to ensure both parties are happy and as such make regular follow up calls.
FREELANCE
- A thorough job specification will be taken to include role, project, duties, reporting structure, start date and expected salary requirements.
- With freelance we will always endeavour to submit candidates that have been interviewed or candidates that have a proven track record with us, however should we receive a last minute requirement we will as a minimum take references and interview the candidate over the telephone.
- Once this process has taken place we will fully brief the candidates on the position and regularly contact the client and candidate to ensure the contract is running smoothly.
