Permanent

• A thorough vacancy is taken from the client either over the telephone or in person to include company history, head office/site structure, type of work, turnover of company, duties of the role, package, reason for vacancy and career opportunities.

• It is Kenna Associates priority to only submit your c.v. once we have your permission to do so.

• Once we have your permission to submit your c.v. to the client, we will explain your career aspirations and current situation to the client.

• Should you be successful a interview will be arranged for you.

• Once the interview has taken place we will manage all further negotiations of salary and start date. 
  

Freelance

• A thorough vacancy will be taken from the client over the telephone or in person to include position, duties, site/head office structure, duration of contract, salary expectations, reason for vacancy & start date.

• It is Kenna Associates priority to not submit your c.v. until we have your permission to do so.

• Once we have your permission to submit your c.v. to the client, we will explain your current situation & salary expectations

• Should you be successful you will either start with the client or an interview will be arranged for you.

• Once you have started with the client we, we will keep in regular contact with you and our client to ensure all parties are happy.
